Implementation Project Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote

Salary: USD 65,000–85,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding end to end and coordinate handoffs from Sales through Implementation to Operations.
• Develop implementation processes, Standard Operating Procedures, client-specific Statements of Work, timelines, contingency plans, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, clients, senior leadership, and operational management to deliver implementation projects within contract goals and outlined time frames.
• Lead client calls and weekly updates, conduct implementation surveys, and use client data and reporting to assess workflows and performance.
• Create EMR training guides and hands-on walkthroughs for Operations, while supporting and mentoring implementation team members.
• Troubleshoot technical difficulties and support automation and software integration initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the Release of Information and Health Information Management industries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when working with clients, senior executives, sales teams, and business partners.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform and influence decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems such as Athena, eCW, NextGen, Allscripts, GE Centricity, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech, and/or clinical experience is preferred.
• Ability to protect sensitive data and fulfill assigned responsibilities supporting effective department and company operations.
