Property General Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Oversee property operations, guest satisfaction, profitability, efficiency, maintenance, and facility standards.
• Develop strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy, and distribution across channels with Distribution and Revenue Management teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop hospitality professionals while fostering excellence, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Assistant Managers to deliver personalized guest experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, expense control, performance metrics, and financial targets.
• Build stakeholder relationships, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and identify improvements through guest feedback and industry trends.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of hospitality management experience, including a proven record leading properties with multiple asset classes such as hotels, food and beverage, and retail.
• Expertise in revenue management, distribution, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests, colleagues, and partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management systems and revenue management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
