General Manager and Vice President, DSSI

What you will do

• Build and lead DSSI’s business strategy using customer, market, competitive, technology, and economic insight.
• Shape DSSI’s role within the broader Solution Group and integrate products, services, data, technology, and capabilities across solutions.
• Set the product, platform, and services strategy and lead Product Management in defining the portfolio and roadmap, including build, buy, and partnership decisions.
• Own the business plan and financial performance, including revenue, contribution margin, operating expenses, and investment performance.
• Lead the commercialization of new products, services, business models, and AI-enabled capabilities from opportunity and business case through launch and ongoing performance.
• Build customer, supplier, and partner relationships; develop the leadership team and align DSSI priorities with hirify.global’s broader goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of significant leadership experience in a technology-enabled business, platform, product portfolio, or services business.
• Accountability for strategy, product direction, financial performance, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong strategic judgment, including synthesizing customer, market, competitive, technology, and economic insight and making investment and portfolio decisions.
• Deep product, platform, and services leadership experience, including taking technology-enabled offerings from customer need and business case through launch, adoption, and ongoing performance.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including performance management, resource allocation, business economics, and trade-off decisions.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution through goals, operating rhythms, shared capabilities, matrixed teams, and accountability for results.
• Experience building leaders and organizational capability, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating complexity and change with an enterprise mindset.
• Fluency with AI, data, and emerging technologies, with experience applying them to create customer value, evolve products or services, or improve work.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or other complex business-to-business technology markets.
• Experience commercializing AI-enabled products, SaaS platforms, data products, or partner-based offerings, plus strategic partnerships, licensing, or new revenue programs.
