What you will do

• Lead the US agentic AI business and grow the US client portfolio through pursuits, proposals, commercial models, and signed engagements.
• Advise CMOs, CDOs, CX leaders, and other C-level executives on practical agentic AI strategies.
• Build value cases with clear baselines, attribution, and measurable routes to ROI.
• Define what to build bespoke versus configure on existing platforms and shape safe, integrated agentic ecosystems.
• Oversee agentic AI programmes, ensuring outcomes, quality, governance, evaluation, human oversight, and client satisfaction.
• Build, lead, develop, and represent the US AI Solution Consulting team and contribute to global delivery standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years in consulting, CX, marketing technology, or AI, including 5+ years leading a portfolio, P&L, or practice in a technology and/or marketing agency consultancy.
• Deep understanding of marketing organizations, including campaign planning, creative and content production, CRM, lifecycle, and personalization.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end consumer journey and how AI can transform customer experiences and create measurable value.
• Practical fluency with current AI and agent tools, including the ability to demonstrate ideas to clients and assess what agents can reliably do.
• Experience taking generative or agentic AI from pilot to production with quantifiable results.
• Record of originating and closing multi-million programmes and communicating AI value and risk clearly to C-level audiences.
• Ability to collaborate through influence across engagement, technical, AI Product, AI Engineering, Tech, and Data capabilities.
• Experience building, leading, and inspiring high-performing consultant teams.
