Graduate Trading Operations Analyst - Instrument Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute and monitor daily and event-driven Trading Operations processes.
• Manage customer-facing instruments in collaboration with Trading and Corporate Actions.
• Investigate operational discrepancies, identify root causes, and resolve complex cases.
• Use data and digital tools to improve recurring activities and develop reliable, efficient, scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, Trading, and Development teams to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain procedures and operational controls while contributing to team projects and wider improvements.

Requirements

• Currently completing or recently completed an undergraduate degree; applicants from broad academic backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity about how trading processes, systems, and data work together, and the ability to learn unfamiliar concepts and tools quickly.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively independently and with others.

Nice to have

• Interest in financial markets, investing, instruments, or financial technology.
• Exposure to data analysis, automation, or technical tools through university, an internship, extracurricular activities, or personal interest.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or similar tools.
• German language skills at C1 level or above.
