Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale office.

Base salary: $70K–$80K annually, plus eligibility for the Company Bonus Pool and new-hire equity; salary bands may vary by hiring location.

What you will do

• Understand project goals and stakeholder requirements, identify opportunities, and translate inputs into buildable features.
• Communicate plans and decisions across stakeholders and organizational levels.
• Partner with developers to break product requirements into discrete tasks with functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support QA by defining appropriate positive and negative test cases and ensuring test coverage and code quality.
• Provide iterative feedback, identify bugs, assist with resolution, complete functional testing, and provide initial product sign-off.

Requirements

• College degree, preferably in Business or Math.
• Ability to understand and document business and functional requirements and use cases thoroughly.
• Working understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience reading and writing SQL to a provable extent.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and meet deadlines under tight time constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with internal stakeholders.
