Supply Chain Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex supply chain industrialization, new product introduction, product change, product transfer, and lifecycle projects.
• Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional teams and governance forums, aligning R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Data Management, and manufacturing partners.
• Own implementation plans covering schedule, cost, quality, resources, revenue targets, and customer delivery commitments.
• Lead engineering, manufacturing, material, supplier, and quality changes, including validation and implementation of new component sources.
• Manage project and supply chain risks, drive issue resolution, and communicate KPIs, status, risks, business impact, and recommendations to management.
• Improve supply chain processes, systems, tools, and ways of working while advising and mentoring colleagues and project teams.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and supply chain projects involving product industrialization.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including resolution of complex or non-routine problems.
• In-depth understanding of R&D, testing, SMT/assembly operations, material management, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with EMS and manufacturing partners and managing supplier-facing industrialization or change activities.
• Strong stakeholder-management, influencing, and communication skills, including communication with functional leadership.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, manage ambiguity, and make or drive recommendations within the area of responsibility.
• Cross-cultural awareness and a global mindset.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience managing major product lifecycle changes, manufacturing transfers, component-source changes, or supply-risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of ENOVIA PLM, ALPIM, SAP, Blue Planet, or comparable product and master-data systems.
• Graduate-level education in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
