Global Trade Project Analyst III (Oracle GTM)

What you will do

• Lead and independently execute global trade and ERP-related projects within defined scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Define project requirements, deliverables, process flows, functional specifications, system designs, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into solutions for Oracle Global Trade Management, Customs Management, and related ERP platforms.
• Coordinate with Global Trade, IT, and external partners during configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Analyze import/export transactions and large datasets to identify compliance gaps, root causes, automation opportunities, and process efficiencies.
• Lead testing and implementation activities, maintain SOPs and training materials, support change management, present metrics and dashboards, and provide subject-matter guidance to junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, ERP systems, or project-based roles.
• Advanced working knowledge of global logistics operations, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management or comparable Global Trade Management systems.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Practical experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are strongly preferred; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools is preferred.
