Product Manager (.NET)

Location: Warszawa, Poland; hybrid model with a 4/1 office arrangement and 30 days of occasional remote work

hirify.global is an e-commerce product company operating a large-scale technology platform with over 1,000 microservices, high-throughput data infrastructure, and production-used machine learning.

What you will do

• Manage the product roadmap, including planning, prioritization, implementation oversight, and progress monitoring.
• Define product needs, goals, strategy, and development directions with business stakeholders.
• Lead product development and deliver solutions addressing business and user needs.
• Analyze user feedback and identify improvements, new ideas, and features supporting business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams, IT architects, and development teams, translating .NET, microservices, and Microsoft Dynamics capabilities into business value.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and business objectives while accounting for available resources and constraints.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and assess the business impact of product changes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align priorities across business and technology areas.
• Good understanding of business processes and IT systems, including dependencies between products.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT architects, and development teams.
• Responsibility for implementing product solutions, achieving goals, and delivering business value.
• English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
