Product Owner (EHS/ESG)

What you will do

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Define, refine, and communicate product requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering teams on product scope, priorities, and business context throughout delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Review completed features and confirm acceptance criteria before release.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management to remove blockers and contribute to roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar product-focused role.
• Experience working closely with Agile software development teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and actionable development scope.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
• Collaborative mindset and focus on delivering customer value.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Manufacturing, EHS, Process Safety, or other hazardous industries.
• Experience with risk management, safety, compliance, or operational excellence solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered software products and modern AI-driven development practices.
