Product Manager (Conversion)

Location: Remote, with the option to work from the Warsaw office or a coworking space in your city.

What you will do

• Lead the Conversion Check team and own post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys end to end.
• Define the product vision, KPIs, roadmap, and concrete delivery steps for the development team.
• Use customer research, satisfaction data, product metrics, and funnel analysis to guide decisions and identify drop-offs.
• Scale verification automation, reduce friction, and use AI to improve the speed and compliance of the verification experience.
• Coordinate product launches with engineering, design, legal, risk, marketing, technical stakeholders, and KYC operations.
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead and cross-functional teams covering backend, mobile, Salesforce, and AI/Data.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products in a regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of AML directives and the EU AI Act, including awareness of how KYC regulations vary across jurisdictions.
• Strong data analysis skills and an analytical approach to product development, including funnel metrics, drop-off analysis, manual verification identification, and prioritization of optimizations.
• Practical experience using AI-based tools in daily Product Manager work and openness to further use.
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends, SaaS, and mobile/web application design.
• Experience defining business requirements, creating Product Requirements Documentation (PRD), and driving execution with engineering and design.
• High autonomy, a self-starter attitude, and experience collaborating closely with cross-functional agile teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
