Senior Product Manager (Rich Content)

Location: Poznań, Poland; hybrid model with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, plus 30 days of occasional remote work

hirify.global is an e-commerce marketplace operating at large scale with more than 1,000 microservices, high-throughput data infrastructure, and production-used machine learning.

What you will do

• Own the Rich Content roadmap across branded content, shoppable video, Influencer-Generated Content (IGC), and user-generated content (UGC).
• Build and scale UGC and IGC pipelines, including sourcing, incentivizing, and moderating video content across categories.
• Integrate rich content into the homepage, listings, product pages, and brand stores to improve discovery and conversion.
• Manage content investments and delivery across branded, IGC, and UGC sources.
• Use modern AI tools and rapid prototyping to test hypotheses and ship quickly.
• Align product teams, manage dependencies, negotiate with senior stakeholders, and run experiments focused on engagement and incremental GMV.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or content/video platforms.
• Hands-on product-builder mindset and comfort using modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and discovery.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills for senior leadership.
• High autonomy and ability to steer complex initiatives across multiple teams from concept through rollout.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.
