Product Manager (Smart Invest)

Location: Remote, with access to the office in Warsaw or a coworking space in your city

What you will do

• Shape the product vision and define KPIs aligned with product-area and company goals.
• Validate product decisions through customer research and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Translate the product vision into concrete requirements, documentation, and development tasks.
• Coordinate product launches and collaboration with legal, risk, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead and cross-functional product teams.
• Use metrics, data, and facts to support product decisions.

Requirements

• Essential personal or professional experience in investing and financial markets.
• Very strong understanding of regulated markets, especially equities and stocks.
• Experience in product management.
• Practical experience using AI-based tools in daily product management work.
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile applications, and web applications.
• Experience defining business requirements, creating product requirements documents, and executing them with a product team.
• Strong data analysis skills and an analytical approach to product development.
• High autonomy, a self-starter attitude, and experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
