Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts, United States; applicants must reside within a 2-hour drive of Greater Boston. The role is remote with occasional in-person office meetings, typically every 4–6 weeks, within a flexible hybrid environment.

Base salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually; actual salary may vary based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy through scope, roadmap, and design decisions from concept to launch.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across roadmap projects.
• Define user flows and solve complex product design problems for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Drive the evolution of the design system, including consistent patterns and components at scale.
• Collaborate with engineers from design through deployment and document specifications for marketing, support, business, and QA teams.
• Explore emerging AI capabilities and use product metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consumer-focused web and mobile product design experience.
• Proven Product Designer experience with a portfolio demonstrating consumer-focused product designs.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of user experience best practices for desktop and mobile.
• Strong command of typography, layout, color, iconography, and advanced design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations and make strategic decisions with incomplete information.
