Senior Director, GRC Technology (ServiceNow)

Salary: $205,700–$360,100 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead execution across delivery squads for ServiceNow IRM and interconnected enterprise risk and compliance programs.
• Coordinate cross-squad implementations spanning platform services, integrations, reporting, data products, migrations, APIs, and business workflows.
• Partner with Solution and Platform Architects to enforce architectural standards, govern technical decisions, and manage technical debt.
• Drive automation, CI/CD, quality engineering, DevSecOps, coding standards, peer reviews, and reusable engineering patterns.
• Coordinate integrated release planning, environment readiness, deployment sequencing, and production readiness.
• Mentor engineering teams, develop capability roadmaps, and optimize resource allocation across changing priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex Governance, Risk, and Compliance transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating matrixed teams and enterprise or regulatory-priority programs.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM, enterprise architecture, platform strategy, integrations, APIs, data pipelines, data migrations, and risk reporting.
• Ability to resolve complex business, process, data, and technology challenges through critical thinking and disciplined execution.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business functions.
