Data Analyst - Revenue Governance (Fintech)

hirify.global provides payment solutions and operates a Revenue Governance Analytics team within Global Revenue Operations.

What you will do

• Deliver trusted reporting, analytics, and insights across the revenue lifecycle.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
• Design and monitor controls to identify risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse data, investigate issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and produce insights for global stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement, automation, operational efficiency, and continuous enhancement of governance and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyse and validate complex datasets.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with large data volumes.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem-solving, process improvement, and optimisation approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or similar BI and reporting tools.
• Experience in performance reporting, monitoring, or analytical controls.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Collections, or related functions.
• Experience in large, complex organisations with multiple systems and stakeholders.
