Data Analyst (Property Management)

Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with regular integration into the Manchester-based property management teams.

Salary: £48,987–£54,430 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain tactical reporting solutions using MRI Qube PM and MRI Engage CRM/MRI Sales & Lettings.
• Extract, transform, combine, and model data from multiple operational systems into reusable reporting datasets.
• Build dashboards, reports, and automated repeatable reporting processes using Microsoft Power BI.
• Optimise reporting solutions and support integration with the wider Microsoft Fabric data environment.
• Work with property management, operational, finance, technology, leadership, and third-party supplier teams to investigate data issues and translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Develop validation, reconciliation, documentation, governance, security, and control practices for key datasets and reports.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience reporting from MRI Qube PM.
• Strong practical experience reporting from MRI Engage CRM, formerly MRI Sales & Lettings.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and analytical solutions from complex operational datasets.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
• Good understanding of data modelling and reporting principles.
• Experience gathering reporting requirements from business stakeholders and partnering with leadership teams to propose solutions to business challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical and data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous residential property management experience is ideal, providing understanding of the processes and data involved in managing residential portfolios.

Nice to have

• Experience reporting from FixFlo.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience integrating data from property management and other SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and automated data extraction.
