Assistant Data Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated reports tracking data quality metrics, including completeness, range thresholds, null-value reduction, and duplicate records.
• Design and publish Power BI dashboards that visualise trends and actionable insights for stakeholders and markets.
• Analyse data quality results, identify error patterns, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the Data Quality Assurance Manager and Data Operations team to support accurate corrections and processing.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and track pre- and post-notification data corrections.
• Improve analysis and reporting workflows and provide feedback on DQA Hub configurations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI, including report and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• A degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Real Estate, Research, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in research, data analysis, reporting, or data visualisation.
• Familiarity with data quality management processes.
