What you will do

• Create engaging content for company social channels about the product, team, and AI perspective.
• Ghostwrite founder posts and support employee advocacy across social channels.
• Identify creators and industry voices, build influencer relationships, and coordinate collaborations.
• Film and edit short-form social clips and other video content.
• Coordinate publishing across channels and keep content releases consistent.
• Monitor engagement, identify what resonates, and support wider marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong instinct for interesting, engaging, and shareable content.
• Excellent clear and creative writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for company, founder, and employee communications.
• Ability to turn ideas into published content and take ownership proactively.
• Comfort filming and editing short-form video for social media.
• Awareness of social platforms, emerging formats, trends, and creators.
• Confidence building relationships with influencers and coordinating across the business.
• Organisation skills for managing multiple content pieces and keeping publishing on track.
• Data-informed approach to monitoring performance and improving content.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI and emerging technology; AI expertise is not required.
