TL;DR

Master Scheduler (Manufacturing): Developing and maintaining production plans and master schedules to align material availability, production capacity, and customer demand with an accent on MPS, MRP, inventory optimization, and cross-functional supply chain coordination. Focus on sequencing production priorities, resolving supply risks, improving planning accuracy, and leading continuous improvement across the plant.

Location: On-site in Matehuala, Mexico

What you will do

Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term production plans and master production schedules.
Align production capacity, material availability, inventory levels, and customer demand.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve supply chain and production issues.
Monitor and report planning and supply chain KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
Lead, coach, and develop the Planning team through objectives, performance metrics, and development plans.
Drive improvements in planning accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory optimization, delivery performance, and ERP/MRP planning systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, materials management, or related manufacturing planning functions.
Experience in discrete manufacturing, such as electronics, electrical, automotive, industrial, or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, capacity planning, inventory management, and S&OP/SIOP processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Strategic and tactical planning capabilities with effective cross-functional collaboration.
Conversational English proficiency required.
Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
