Lead AI Strategist

Location: Warsaw, Tychy, Poland, or remote; fully or partially remote work is available, with office access whenever preferred.

What you will do

• Lead AI engagements end to end, from discovery and business cases through product definition, rollout, and measurement.
• Run workshops with management boards and operational teams to understand processes, bottlenecks, and data.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases, build roadmaps with value estimates, and define assumptions.
• Translate strategy into requirements and success criteria for Data & AI engineers.
• Prototype solutions with Claude, Lovable, and other AI tools, and design training, change management, and internal AI champion programs.
• Advise senior stakeholders, support proposals and pitches, and develop the AI offering, methods, hiring, and mentoring programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, digital strategy, product management, or business transformation, including at least 2 years leading a portfolio of AI engagements.
• At least one AI initiative led to production, with measurable results demonstrated in numbers.
• Strong structuring skills, ownership, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into realistic plans.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code, ChatGPT or Codex, Cursor, and Lovable, with direct knowledge of their capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to build and defend business cases and assumptions before a CFO.
• Ability to work with engineers and executives and explain technology in business terms.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Polish, including workshops, stakeholder alignment, and storytelling.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in retail, e-commerce, travel, or insurance.
• Experience selling advisory services and growing client accounts.
• Understanding of data sources, quality, and integrations, with the ability to discuss them with data engineers.
• Experience with enterprise agent platforms such as Agent Bricks and Genie, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Microsoft Foundry, or Claude Managed Agents.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, or Mastra.
• Articles, talks, or side projects about applied AI.
