Senior Product Manager (Delivery Optimisation Engine)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

hirify.global operates a large-scale technology and ecommerce platform with over 1,000 microservices, high-throughput data and service infrastructure, and production-used machine learning.

What you will do

• Own the Delivery Optimisation Engine product vision, roadmap, timelines, execution, and delivery.
• Drive strategic initiatives supporting business scaling and platform performance over the next 12–24 months.
• Explore products and processes with operations, including end-to-end process reviews, market research, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, optimize cross-team workflows, and promote platform best practices across engineering squads.
• Anticipate overload scenarios, architectural constraints, and operational dependencies through proactive risk management.
• Prioritize the product backlog and align engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in technical platforms, high-throughput systems, infrastructure, or complex distributed architectures.
• Experience improving operational processes, including first- and last-mile operations across multiple markets.
• Experience scaling products and businesses by translating growth targets into product strategies and roadmaps.
• Leadership experience introducing best practices and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in proactive risk management, bottleneck identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and complex product backlogs.
• Ability to translate complex technical realities into business value and vice versa, using metrics and data analysis for prioritization and impact measurement.
• English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
