Senior Product Manager - Partner Platform Solutions (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

hirify.global is an e-commerce product company operating a large technology platform with over 1,000 microservices, high-throughput data infrastructure, service mesh technology, and production-used machine learning.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, high-level roadmap, scope, time budgets, and stakeholder approvals.
• Build a unified, scalable partner ecosystem integrating seller extensions such as accounting, inventory management, and price management.
• Improve operational efficiency and create embedded interfaces for a seamless native seller journey.
• Design commercial monetization models and structure value propositions for different seller segments and stages.
• Benchmark competitor platforms and identify market standards, trends, feature expectations, and key seller needs.
• Establish API ecosystem standards covering reliable integrations, data security, and tailored support for standard selling partners and professional integrators.

Requirements

• Product Manager experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or API platforms, with a proven track record of strategic planning and roadmap ownership.
• Analytical mindset with experience in competitor benchmarking and mapping value propositions for different customer segments.
• Experience using AI to improve personal productivity and applying AI capabilities across product discovery, development, and delivery.
• Ability to transform standard platforms into proactive, intelligent ecosystems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for running joint workshops and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving approach, especially for platform integration standards and commercial monetization models.
• Fluent English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
