Integration Lead

What you will do

• Own and manage internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including ERP and CRM systems.
• Maintain reliable existing integrations and ensure they meet SLAs.
• Drive the development of new integrations with internal stakeholders and technical experts.
• Contribute hands-on using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, JavaScript, and selected custom integrations.
• Define ways of working for designing, building, maintaining, supporting, and governing integrations.
• Coordinate development capacity, services, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement across service managers, application owners, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in integration development and/or integration-related coordination or service management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and JavaScript.
• Experience with integrations in complex business system environments.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, business-minded, and pragmatic approach, with the ability to turn complexity into clear next steps and focus on value within available resources.
• Ability to build trust across teams and organizational boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or ERP integrations.
