Senior Vice President, Implementation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; Franklin, TN, United States. Travel up to 20% and regular, predictable attendance are required.

What you will do

• Lead the Implementation team of project managers and analysts for software product implementations and service integration activities.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate onboarding, client system conversions, internal onboarding initiatives, solution design, and enhancement projects.
• Guide internal resources and clients in software-based solution design and integrations with major Health Information Systems and clearinghouses, including Epic, Soarian, McKesson, Emdeon, and Experian.
• Manage executive client relationships, resolve reported issues, and represent operational expertise.
• Develop measurement and reporting processes for delivery time, quality, client satisfaction, implementation effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Align business and IT roadmaps, support sales and marketing, and lead projects for revenue growth, cost reduction, business continuity, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of experience implementing complex enterprise software in a software-as-a-service environment, including 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role and experience managing a project management team.
• Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal, communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage through ambiguity, provide clear direction, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with all levels of client personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, webinar tools, internet-based systems, Microsoft Project, and similar project-planning tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, customer-service orientation, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proven record of execution to time and budget.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
