Lead Delivery Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: IL - Chicago, United States; Flex employees are expected to work in the office at least three days a week.

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage multiple strategic, cross-enterprise, end-to-end implementations of varying complexity and importance.
• Lead implementations from business case analysis through delivery.
• Serve as the business lead and collaborate with cross-functional business and technology partners.
• Manage and delegate assignments across multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Identify complex risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and negotiate resolutions with diverse teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of leadership or management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting, systems implementation, project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration, or other relevant healthcare functions.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience and experience with large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including working with departments, preparing presentations for cross-functional stakeholders and senior management, and establishing team environments.
• Experience managing and delegating work across multiple complex projects successfully in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to work independently and in groups and respond to rapidly changing priorities.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and Visio.
• Organizational, analytical, problem-resolution, and detail-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience.
• Experience supervising project teams or personnel.
• Master’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
• Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act or other healthcare regulations.
