Senior Solutions Architect (German Speaking)

What you will do

• Lead customer-specific onboarding workshops and build relationships with technical and product stakeholders.
• Demonstrate product features, answer technical questions, and help customers plan hirify.global implementations.
• Support account expansion, new-account sales cycles, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept development.
• Create implementation examples, guides, and learning modules for common topics.
• Develop and maintain plugins for common integrations and implementation patterns.
• Represent customer requirements internally and collaborate with Support Engineering, Marketing, and Product Research.

Requirements

• Based in Germany or the United Kingdom.
• Fluent German and English.
• 3–5 years of experience in a software development role.
• Advanced experience with at least one of React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
• Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
• Experience implementing a headless CMS, implementing headless e-commerce, or working as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect at a developer-focused SaaS company.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, plus proven experience developing solutions with customers.
• Problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset, exceptional organization and time management, structured working practices, and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B customer-facing role such as consulting or account management.
• Experience using hirify.global in production.
