Solutions Architect, EPM - Nordics (AI)

What you will do

• Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
• Understand and document business requirements, then design and build corresponding hirify.global applications.
• Train customers and co-build solutions so they become self-sufficient.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions through connectors and APIs.
• Connect customer stakeholders with the product team and lead cross-functional improvements to methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional ability to build complex systems and explain them so they are simple to use and maintain.
• Comfort working with high volumes of unstructured data that must be structured and validated.
• Ability to learn new domains and adapt to diverse customer use cases and rapidly changing products.
• Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and dedication to customer needs.
• Strategic thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• French or additional European languages.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
