Senior Manager, Professional Services (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed regional Solution Architecture team across EMEA and Eastern North America.
• Own workforce planning, resource allocation, utilization, hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, reusable assets, and delivery practices across discovery, solution design, implementation, and adoption.
• Partner with global Methodology & Tooling, Product, Cloud, Enablement, Project Management, Sales, and regional delivery leaders to improve SaaS delivery.
• Provide senior oversight for complex architecture, implementation, scope, risk, integration, data migration, and delivery challenges.
• Manage capacity forecasts, delivery costs, revenue and margin considerations, performance measures, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Professional Services, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or related environments, including 5+ years of people leadership and responsibility for complex delivery portfolios.
• Experience leading Solution Architects, enterprise architects, senior consultants, or comparable customer-facing technical teams across multiple engagements and regions.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, ERP, or enterprise platform architecture and implementation, including complex customer transformations.
• Experience implementing and scaling delivery methodologies, architecture governance, reusable assets, and supporting tools across Professional Services organizations.
• Strong consulting operations and portfolio management experience covering resource planning, utilization, forecasting, delivery governance, risk management, and financial performance.
• Ability to influence regional and global stakeholders, improve distributed-team consistency, and translate delivery challenges into scalable improvements.
• Strong customer-facing leadership, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing high-performing teams through coaching, hiring, capability building, performance management, and succession planning.
• Understanding of cloud delivery, integrations, data migration, and implementation dependencies in complex enterprise SaaS environments, plus the ability to apply automation, AI-enabled tools, and delivery analytics.
