Content Creator Apprenticeship - Level 3 (TV Social Team)

Location: Birmingham - The Mailbox, UK; applicants must live within a commutable distance and be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK. The role includes travel to in-person learning blocks and apprenticeship-related activities where necessary.

What you will do

• Create trusted, high-quality content for hirify.global audiences.
• Research, write, produce and edit content across different subjects and platforms.
• Monitor audience trends and select and edit programme clips for social media.
• Identify opportunities for short clips, behind-the-scenes content, interviews and talent-led extras.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and expert teams while completing Level 3 Content Creator training.

Requirements

• Be aged 18 or over by the apprenticeship start in September 2027.
• Have lived continuously in the UK for the three years before the apprenticeship starts.
• Be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the full apprenticeship duration.
• Be a non-graduate and not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas for engaging new audiences and follow content on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
• Be adaptable and versatile when creating serious issue-based and high-energy entertainment content.
• Be organised, motivated, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Show the discipline and commitment required to complete the apprenticeship; no prior learning is required.
• Applicants under 19 on 8 September 2027 must have or obtain the required Maths and English qualification: GCSE Grade 4/C or above, National 5 at C, Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent.

• Relevant experience or qualifications may allow the individual learning plan to be adjusted and the apprenticeship to be completed in less time.
