Employee and Organisational Conduct Compliance Officer (AI)

What you will do

• Drive risk-based Employee and Organisational Conduct compliance risk management with Compliance, other risk functions, and the first line of defence.
• Translate E&OC requirements and risks into data attributes, indicators, dashboards, and decision-ready insights.
• Assess data quality, communicate limitations, and identify opportunities to simplify and automate risk management activities.
• Define AI use cases, coordinate risk assessments, and implement responsible AI-supported ways of working.
• Lead change initiatives from problem statement through implementation and translate regulatory, business, and reputational developments into prioritised actions.
• Advise and challenge senior stakeholders, adapt communication to different audiences, and share methods and reusable guidance with colleagues.

Requirements

• Ability to operate independently on complex assignments and take accountability for delivery and follow-up.
• Ability to use data to prioritise risks and support risk-based decision-making.
• Ability to translate compliance risks into meaningful data attributes, insights, and recommendations.
• Experience identifying process simplification opportunities and delivering pragmatic improvements aligned with risk appetite.
• Practical experience with data analysis, AI-enabled solutions, and/or project management and change implementation.
• Ability to define AI use cases, coordinate risk assessments, and promote responsible AI adoption in a regulated environment.
• Ability to manage projects or workstreams while balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong stakeholder trust-building and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and standards, or quickly learn new regulatory domains. A Master's degree or equivalent education and excellent written and spoken English are required. Experience with employee or organisational conduct risk is valuable but not required.
