What you will do
- Draft legal language and prepare agreements based on customer requirements.
- Review customer requests and provide accurate, timely support by email and website chat.
- Help customers connect their source code management platforms and administer the setup correctly.
- Support leads and customers by explaining the service and helping them manage their accounts.
- Inspect customer-provided information and draft reports for delivery to clients.
Requirements
- Experience drafting legal documents.
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with modern web tools such as Google Docs.
- Analytical, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to working with companies of different sizes and industries.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer success or a similar role.
- Ability to respond to the application in Dutch or English.
