Site Leader (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Dourges, Pas-de-Calais, France, near Lille; onsite leadership of a new 60,000 sqm logistics hub opening in March 2027.

Salary: €68,900–€93,200 gross per year.

What you will do

• Lead the launch and daily operations of hirify.global Go’s largest European sorting hub.
• Monitor operational KPIs, delivery speed, sortation planning, quality routines, cost efficiency, and health and safety.
• Plan short- and medium-term operational cycles and prepare the site for growth and expansion.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of robotics, automation, tools, and new operational technologies.
• Build and develop the leadership team, balancing workloads, tracking performance, coaching employees, and supporting growth.
• Shape French network strategy and collaborate with Maintenance, Operations Development, Product, Workplace Experience, People teams, external partners, local authorities, and community organizations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent, Bac +5.
• 5+ years of relevant logistics leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operations with 200+ employees in a multi-layer management structure.
• Experience managing sites of 20,000+ sqm.
• Experience working in a fast-growing and constantly evolving environment.
• Hands-on, positive, can-do attitude with strong leadership presence.
• Friendly, approachable, humble, and effective at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and data-driven decision-making.
