Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage product lifecycles and deliver strategic programs for flagship Enterprise Security products.
• Coordinate R&D, Product Management, and Engineering teams to align priorities, accountability, and delivery.
• Analyze technical details, identify risks and blockers early, and manage dependencies and success metrics.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to maintain program visibility.
• Set up and use AI-powered workflows to automate program-management tasks, reporting, and data-driven visibility.
• Track and report program status, dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical project or program management experience, preferably in software.
• Expertise in Guardicore microsegmentation domains, including EaXR, DNS Firewall, Hunt, and Cloud Group.
• Experience implementing and tracking AI-powered automated workflows to improve R&D SDLC efficiency.
• Ability to understand R&D technical matters and translate complex requirements into logical programs.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex, matrixed teams of 100+ people.
• Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and related frameworks and tools.
