Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote from Serbia, with availability to accommodate UAE working hours

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product discovery and early-stage design for large-scale digital platforms serving millions of users.
• Translate complex user needs, business challenges, data models, and expert workflows into intuitive digital solutions.
• Design workflows for issue prioritization, search relevance evaluation, query-product scoring, and rater agreement reporting.
• Conduct interviews, journey mapping, walkthroughs, usability testing, and other continuous user research with internal expert users.
• Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable Figma components and design systems.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams on technically viable releases and design-to-code handoff.

Requirements

• Senior-level UX/UI design experience with a portfolio covering complex, data-rich interfaces, dashboards, workflows, or rating and evaluation tools.
• Experience with product discovery and early-stage definition, translating ambiguous business requirements into high-impact interfaces.
• Strong practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods and usability testing with expert users.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including comprehensive design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Strong knowledge of front-end web components, responsive constraints, and modern design handoff processes.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and data science teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing search relevance platforms, internal evaluation tools, or workflow automation software.
• Experience with high-traffic B2C platforms or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating analytical insights and dataset metrics into actionable data visualization experiences.
