Senior UI/UX Designer (Figma)

What you will do

• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Design user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Create, develop, and maintain Design Systems.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered solutions and improve web and mobile customer experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma.
• Strong background in user research and usability testing.
• Experience designing Design Systems.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards.
• Experience working with digital products and platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
