Senior UI/UX Designer

hirify.global is building an evolving technology platform spanning web, mobile, internal platforms, and data-rich product experiences.

What you will do

• Shape the user experience, design system, and visual direction of the product platform.
• Design web, mobile, internal-platform, and data-rich product experiences.
• Build and scale design standards, reusable components, and scalable interfaces.
• Translate vague problem statements into clear, well-reasoned design directions.
• Prepare clean, developer-ready specifications and collaborate directly with engineering and leadership.
• Own design decisions from concept and wireframes through implementation.

Requirements

• BS in graphic design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped web and mobile products.
• Strong command of modern design tools, with Figma required.
• Ability to deliver clean, developer-ready specifications.
• Comfort building and maintaining a scalable design system rather than producing only one-off screens.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment with limited oversight.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to turn vague problems into clear design direction.

Nice to have

• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, analytics tools, or platforms involving maps and location data.
