Principal AI Software Architect

What you will do

• Architect and lead AI-driven platforms and scalable software systems aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define use cases and deliver solutions.
• Evaluate AI and software technologies, frameworks, and tools for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Establish best practices for AI model development, MLOps, software engineering, DevOps, system architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery.
• Set technical strategy and long-term plans while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure data privacy, security, and ethical standards across AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with application development tools, including Visual Studio .NET.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server.
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML and software solutions at scale in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Advanced programming, analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Ability to align technical vision with business objectives, influence stakeholders, prioritize work under pressure, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
