DBA SQL Server (French Speaker) (SQL Server/Sybase): Administering and supporting multi-DBMS environments for investment banking and financial services in a hybrid Lisbon project with an accent on SQL Server operations, Sybase support, and monitoring platforms. Focus on evolving monitoring tools, maintaining operational coverage through on-call availability and staggered hours, and collaborating independently within a technical team.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal; on-call availability and staggered working hours may be required.

What you will do

Administer and support a multi-DBMS environment, predominantly SQL Server with Sybase.
Support innovative solutions and operations related to investment banking and financial services.
Contribute to the evolution of monitoring tools and web platforms, with .NET development exposure where applicable.
Provide on-call support and work staggered hours when required.
Collaborate effectively both within the team and independently.

Requirements

More than 9 years of professional experience.
Experience in a multi-DBMS environment, predominantly with SQL Server and with Sybase present.
Good level of English and French is required.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Nice to have

Experience with .NET development, including C#, Angular, or Rust, particularly for evolving monitoring tools and web platforms.
