What you will do

• Migrate Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud environments.
• Manage end-to-end migration processes using Atlassian tools such as JCMA and CCMA.
• Administer Jira workflows, permissions, schemes, dashboards, and integrations.
• Plan migrations, validate data, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-migration support.
• Assess third-party integrations and Atlassian ecosystem apps for compatibility.
• Work with stakeholders, manage communication, and document processes, best practices, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Strong experience migrating Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud environments.
• Proven expertise with Atlassian migration tools, including JCMA and CCMA, and end-to-end migration management.
• Solid Jira administration knowledge covering workflows, permissions, schemes, dashboards, and integrations.
• Experience with migration planning, data validation, troubleshooting, and post-migration support.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations and Atlassian ecosystem apps, including compatibility considerations.
• Fluent English at minimum B2 level, plus strong communication, organization, ownership, and teamwork skills.
