Digital Workplace - Service Manager - Communications & Messaging (Microsoft 365)

Location: Hybrid work from Portugal, with offices in Lisbon, Amadora, or Porto; remote work is permitted within Portugal.

What you will do

• Support global service teams and vendors in delivering Communications & Messaging services, including Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and collaboration tools for large townhalls and events.
• Coordinate escalations and vendor management topics with relevant stakeholders.
• Track Digital Workplace vendor performance metrics and initiatives and provide updates to IT leadership and technical teams.
• Provide technical input to Workplace Services, tooling, and processes.
• Collaborate with Digital Workplace Operations teams on continuous improvement initiatives for support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and management, including Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Proven escalation coordination and vendor management skills.
• Experience communicating effectively with global teams.
• Strong communication skills.
