Senior Manager, People & Communications, Supply Chain and Purchasing, Europe

Location: Preferably Hyvinkää or Espoo, Finland; other main hirify.global Supply Chain locations in Europe may be considered. The role also covers factories in Hyvinkää, Pero, Usti and Slimpa.

What you will do

• Own and implement the People & Communications agenda for Supply Chain and Purchasing teams across Europe.
• Lead the factory People & Communications network for Hyvinkää, Pero, Usti and Slimpa, supporting an engaging and motivating employee environment.
• Partner with Europe Supply Chain and Purchasing leadership teams, local People & Communications teams, Centres of Excellence and business partners.
• Advise, coach and develop managers, supervisors, teams and talents to improve performance, engagement and inclusion.
• Run annual people processes and align learning and development, incentives, roles, Pulse actions, people processes and rotation opportunities across European sites.
• Share best practices and contribute to the Supply Chain and Purchasing People & Communications network.

Requirements

• Diverse HR/People & Communications background, including senior HR roles and 10 years of progressive HR/People & Communications experience.
• Proven track record in a multicultural business environment.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to coach and develop talents, teams and business and supervisory leaders.
• Experience working across functional and business lines in a global matrix organization.
• Master of Science degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English.
