Project Manager, LAE Workshop Operation

Location: Laem Chabang, Thailand; full-time onsite workshop operations.

What you will do

• Lead project execution from order release through completion and closure for rolls and equipment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, execution plans, milestones, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate Customer Service, Workshop Operations, Procurement, Logistics, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the primary customer contact, provide progress updates, and resolve project issues.
• Monitor risks, deviations, costs, profitability, additional work estimates, and corrective actions.
• Maintain project records and prepare reports, budget updates, invoices, performance summaries, inspection and service documentation, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, workshop operations, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial service environments, including proven experience managing customer projects in an industrial setting.
• Experience preparing project schedules, execution plans, project documentation, and progress reports.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of workshop repair, machining, manufacturing, and service processes.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, execution follow-up, and project coordination.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including monitoring project costs and profitability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or business systems.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
