Project Manager (Substations)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available.

What you will do

• Develop and manage substation project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, procurement, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, allocate resources, and monitor execution performance.
• Control project costs, timing, staffing, invoicing, and billing against forecasts and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, and maintain required verification and documentation.
• Drive quality performance through quality control, supplier management, and reduction of Non-Conformance Costs.
• Coordinate clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; prepare status reports and coach lower-level project management professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience managing complex technical or industrial projects, preferably in the energy or substation industry.
• Ability to work independently on difficult and complex projects in a senior professional capacity.
• Proven experience managing EPC projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai.
• Mandatory Engineering License with a minimum qualification of Associated Engineer.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
