Project Scheduler (High-Voltage Substation EPC)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules for high-voltage substation EPC projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, civil works, installation, testing, commissioning, energization, and close-out.
• Coordinate schedule inputs and commitments from internal functions, customers, contractors, and suppliers while maintaining baselines, schedule narratives, milestone registers, and controlled revisions.
• Review contractual obligations, milestone dates, EOT provisions, customer dependencies, liquidated-damages exposure, and delay events.
• Perform critical-path, float, Time Impact Analysis, concurrency, mitigation, and prospective or retrospective delay assessments to support EOT, variations, acceleration, disruption, prolongation, LD defense, and supplier recovery.
• Validate progress and forecast data, analyze critical and near-critical paths, and prepare dashboards, S-curves, look-aheads, variance reports, and management narratives.
• Lead recovery and acceleration planning, facilitate planning workshops and progress meetings, and promote standardized scheduling methods, quality checks, governance, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience on complex engineering, construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Advanced hands-on Primavera P6 capability is mandatory; working proficiency in Microsoft Project is required.
• Experience with ProjectHub, SERIIM, Planisware, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SAP, and digital automation tools is relevant.
• Practical experience in delay analysis, Extension of Time, contract administration, or claim support is required; high-voltage substation, transmission, or comparable EPC experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong project-controls capabilities across planning and scheduling, forecasting, risk, change and claims management, governance, workflow management, quality assurance, and Environmental Health & Safety engagement.
• Stakeholder and team-management skills, including influencing, negotiation, customer relationship management, and communication with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Written and spoken English and Thai proficiency is required.

• CAPM, PMP, Oracle Primavera P6 Professional, EPC Contract Management, FIDIC Contract Management, AACE PSP, PMI-SP, forensic delay analysis, or other relevant contract training.
