Technical Product Lead (Radar)

What you will do

• Drive the development and continuous improvement of training concepts, methods, and delivery models.
• Establish networks and communication channels for ILS issues and coordinate activities across ILS disciplines.
• Digitalize and enhance customer training materials for future training deliveries.
• Build collaboration networks across the organization and with external partners.
• Influence product development and roadmaps through stakeholder collaboration.
• Create and deliver onboarding and general radar training for internal staff while leading improvements in ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in training, learning and development, competence management, or knowledge transfer within a technical environment.
• Experience developing and managing training materials, preferably in digital formats.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives and influence change across multiple functions.
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
• Must pass security vetting under current security protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply where security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience within ILS, radar systems, defense-related products, or technical customer training.
