Product Manager – Network & Hardware Services (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Network & Hardware Services.
• Prioritise modernisation, lifecycle, reliability, technical debt, and new demand.
• Align roadmap priorities with engineering capacity, skills, and long-term capability needs.
• Partner with engineers and architects on technology evaluations, vendor deep-dives, and proofs of concept.
• Build investment cases, own the non-personnel portfolio budget, and turn technical recommendations into funded and sequenced decisions.
• Shape vendor and sourcing strategy, lead commercial negotiations with Procurement, and communicate trade-offs to engineering teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of enterprise networking and physical infrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure services, technical platforms, or similarly complex technology environments.
• Ability to understand and challenge technical proposals and explain their implications to non-technical leaders.
• Strong strategic planning and prioritisation skills.
• Commercial awareness covering budgets, business cases, vendors, and total cost of ownership.
• Credibility with engineers and confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Ability to move comfortably between engineering detail and leadership discussions.

Nice to have

• Background as a Network Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Engineering Lead, or Technical Product Manager transitioning toward broader technology portfolio ownership.
