Java Software Engineer (Intern)

What you will do

• Assist with developing and testing Java-based software solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers throughout the development process and participate in agile team meetings.
• Participate in code reviews and software maintenance.
• Apply software development best practices and coding standards.
• Document developed features and contribute to team success while learning the technologies used by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field, with a current or recently completed Master’s degree in the same or a closely related area.
• Knowledge and practical experience with SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of Java, microservices, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Agile mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English is mandatory.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in an unsupervised environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kafka.
