Talent Partner (6-month FTC)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for vacancies mainly across Tech and Marketing.
• Run briefing meetings with hiring managers to agree requirements, processes, and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Teamtailor or another ATS, keeping data accurate and reporting reliable.
• Use AI tools for job-ad drafting, sourcing searches, and interview-note summaries while maintaining a human candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and the wider Talent Team to deliver hiring goals and promote hirify.global as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Strong agency and/or in-house recruitment experience, ideally managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proven success using direct-sourcing methods to minimise agency usage when coming from an in-house role.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers.
• Experience with Teamtailor is beneficial; experience with another ATS is acceptable.
• Curiosity about AI and current use of AI in recruitment, or willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach and the utmost integrity in conducting work.
