Talent Partner (Digital Health)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

Base salary: up to £52,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring plans, and success criteria.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across the UK/EU, balancing hiring pace and quality.
• Deliver structured and fair hiring processes using scorecards, interview kits, data, and assessment tools.
• Provide a thoughtful, clear, and timely candidate experience while representing hirify.global’s mission, values, and employer brand.
• Track pipeline health and time-to-hire data, contribute to reporting, and improve recruitment processes.
• Partner with People Ops and hiring managers on onboarding, internal mobility, promotion processes, and early employee success.

Requirements

• Demonstrated talent acquisition or recruitment experience with the ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to competing priorities.
• Experience with structured interviewing or willingness to learn.
• A thoughtful, candidate-first approach to hiring.
• Strong alignment with hirify.global’s mission and values.

Nice to have

• Recruitment experience in technology, digital health, mental health, or health tech.
